This policy explains how CliqPe (“we”) handles personal data you share through cliqpe.co.in, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, phone number, business name and message. Client portal users also provide login details and the information needed to deliver our services.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, deliver and support the services you buy from us, send invoices and renewal reminders, and keep our systems secure. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of our contract and as long as tax and legal rules require afterwards.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access is limited to staff who need it, and systems are monitored and backed up.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing care@cliqpe.co.in. We respond within 30 days.
